These terms cover your use of nashvillebusinesscleaning.com. They are not your cleaning contract. The work we do for you is governed by the written scope and price you agree with us separately.
1. Accepting these terms
This website is operated by Next to Godliness Cleaning Services ("we", "us", "our"), a commercial cleaning company based in Hendersonville, Tennessee. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
How we handle the information you send us is set out separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
2. What this website is
This site describes our commercial cleaning services and lets you request a free walkthrough and quote. We clean commercial facilities only: churches and ministry campuses, schools, colleges and childcare, offices and multi-tenant commercial buildings, and medical and dental practices. We do not offer residential or house cleaning, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer to do so.
For medical and dental clients we provide general facility cleaning. We do not handle regulated medical or biohazard waste, which stays with your licensed disposal vendor.
3. Quotes, scope and our promises
Pricing is not published on this site because it depends on the size of the building, the facility type and how often you need service. Every price comes from a walkthrough.
- Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a fixed price. A price becomes binding when we give you a written scope and price and you accept it
- Requesting a quote does not create an agreement. Either of us can walk away at that stage, for any reason
- The written scope governs the work. Where anything on this website differs from the written scope and price you agreed with us, the written agreement is what applies
The commitments we publish on this site, including that we work month to month with no long-term contract, that an owner walks your building within 48 hours of your request, and that we will come back and re-clean anything we missed at no charge, are commitments we intend to keep and will restate in your written scope. Scheduling commitments assume normal working conditions and reasonable access to your building, and may be affected by events outside our control such as weather, illness or a building being inaccessible.
4. Submitting an enquiry
When you use the quote form, you agree that the information you give us is accurate, and that you are authorised to request cleaning services for the business or facility you name. Do not submit anyone else's personal information without their permission.
5. Text messages
Our form includes an optional, separately ticked box to consent to text messages. Those texts are non-marketing: they are about your enquiry, your appointment and your account. Message frequency varies and your carrier's message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
Consenting to texts is optional and is never a condition of receiving a quote or of becoming a client. Full detail is in section 4 of our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Use the site or its forms to send spam, solicitations, malware or anything unlawful
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent enquiries
- Scrape, copy or republish the site's content or images for your own commercial use
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, or interfere with its normal operation
- Use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law
We may block access to anyone who does these things.
7. Our content and trade marks
The text, layout, design and photography on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. The name "Next to Godliness Cleaning Services" and our logo are ours. You may view, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use, including to evaluate us as a vendor. You may not republish, resell or present our content as your own.
Thieves is a registered trade mark of its respective owner. We reference it only to identify the cleaning product we use.
8. Third-party links and reviews
This site links to third-party sites, including our Google Business Profile, and embeds a quote form provided by our CRM platform. We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Customer reviews and ratings shown on this site, including our Google rating and review count, are accurate as at the date they were published to the page and will change over time. Named clients are referenced with their knowledge. Reviews describe those clients' own experience and are not a promise of any particular result for your facility.
9. Website disclaimer
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of anything harmful, and we do not warrant that every detail is current at the moment you read it. Nothing on this site is legal, medical, regulatory or compliance advice for your facility.
This section limits warranties about the website. It does not limit, and is not intended to limit, the quality of the cleaning work we perform or any commitment made in your written service agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website, and our total liability arising out of your use of the website is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Again, this limit applies to use of the website. Liability connected to cleaning services we actually perform for you is dealt with in your service agreement and by our insurance, and nothing here reduces it. Some states do not allow certain limitations, in which case those limitations do not apply to you.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Sumner County, Tennessee, and we both agree to that venue.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
