Next to Godliness Cleaning Services is a commercial cleaning company in Hendersonville, Tennessee. This page explains what we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and how to get it removed.
Next to Godliness Cleaning Services ("we", "us", "our") is an owner-led commercial cleaning company based in Hendersonville, Tennessee. We clean churches, schools and colleges, offices, and medical and dental practices across Middle Tennessee. We are a commercial cleaning company only and do not provide residential or house cleaning.
This policy covers the information we collect through this website, nashvillebusinesscleaning.com, and through the phone number and email address published on it. It does not cover anything we are told or shown while working inside a client's building, which is governed by our service agreement with that client.
Our quote request form asks for the following, and nothing else:
If you call us, email us, or reply to one of our messages, we also keep what you tell us in that conversation, because we need it to prepare and deliver a quote.
Our website platform keeps standard server records when a page is requested: IP address, browser and device type, the pages viewed, the time of the visit, and the page you arrived from. This is ordinary web server logging and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
We use what you give us to do the thing you contacted us for, and to run the business behind it:
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.
If you tick the consent box on our form, you are agreeing to the following, which is the exact wording shown next to that box:
"By checking this box, I consent to receive non-marketing texts from Next to Godliness Cleaning Services about my cleaning service inquiry, appointment, and account. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out."
Three things follow from that, and we hold ourselves to all three:
Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. They are used only by us, and by the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, to contact you about your cleaning enquiry, appointment or account.
Phone calls to and from our published number may be logged, and may be recorded where we tell you so at the time.
We share your information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only so they can perform that service for us:
We will also disclose information if we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid subpoena or court order, or where it is necessary to protect someone's safety or our legal rights. If our business is ever sold or merged, client and enquiry records may transfer as part of that business, and this policy would continue to apply to them.
We do not share your information with anyone for their own advertising or marketing.
This site uses very little. Specifically:
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though the quote form may not behave correctly if cookies are blocked entirely.
We keep enquiry records for as long as it takes to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. We keep client records for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as our tax, insurance and legal obligations require. When we no longer need information, we delete it or stop using it.
If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, except for anything we are legally required to retain.
You can ask us to:
Email [email protected] or call (629) 262-5226 and tell us what you want done. We will act on it, and we will not charge you or make you justify the request. We aim to respond within 30 days.
To stop texts immediately, reply STOP to any message. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in the email or just tell us.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Your information is held in our website and CRM platform, which is access controlled and served over an encrypted connection. We limit access to the people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do not keep the categories of data that make a breach severe, such as payment or government ID numbers.
This is a business-to-business service and the site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. If the change is significant, such as adding advertising tracking to the site, we will say so clearly rather than quietly editing the text.
For anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your information:
