Owner-Led, Faith-Based, and Accountable to Our Own Name.
Next to Godliness is run by Nick and Janae, not a franchise, not a call center. When you hire us, the people whose name is on the company are the people responsible for your building.

A company named for a standard, not a slogan.
“Cleanliness is next to godliness” is an old phrase, and we took it seriously enough to put it on the door. It means the work gets done properly whether or not anyone is watching, which, in commercial cleaning, is most of the time.
We’re a faith-based, locally owned company in Hendersonville, and we clean commercial buildings only: churches, schools and colleges, offices, and medical and dental practices. Our work includes The Belonging Co in Nashville and their university building. Specializing is deliberate. It keeps our crews consistent, our standards high, and our owners genuinely close to the work.
Nick handles the buildings and the walkthroughs. Janae runs the crews and the standard they hold. If something needs to be made right, you talk to one of them, and it gets made right.
Four things we don’t compromise on.
The owners stay close to the work
Nick walks every building personally before we quote it, and both owners stay reachable afterward. The moment a cleaning company gets too big for that, the quality starts sliding.
The same crew, every visit
Turnover is the single biggest reason commercial cleaning quality decays, so we keep the same team on your building so nobody is learning it from scratch every month.
Plant-based products, everywhere
Thieves® Household Cleaner in every building we service, not as a premium tier, just as how we clean. It matters most in nurseries, classrooms and waiting rooms.
We make it right
If something gets missed, we come back and re-clean it at no charge. It’s the thing our clients mention most often in their reviews, and it’s not a marketing promise, it’s just how we operate.
