How often should our office be cleaned?

It depends on headcount and traffic. A busy 30-person office with heavy client visits usually needs nightly or three-times-weekly service; a quieter professional suite is often fine weekly. Nick will tell you honestly what your building needs rather than selling you the largest package.

Do you clean after business hours?

Yes. Most of our offices are cleaned in the evenings or overnight so your team never works around a cart. We can also do daytime service if your building requires it.

Do you work with property managers and multi-tenant buildings?

Yes. We currently service multi-tenant commercial buildings for property managers in the area and can bill per building or per suite, whichever your management structure needs.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes. We’re fully licensed and insured, and we’ll provide a COI for your records or your building management before the first clean.

What if we’re already under contract with another company?

That’s common. Have Nick walk your building anyway so you know what your options look like when the term is up, and if the current company is underperforming, it’s worth checking whether your agreement has a performance clause.
